Corneli Law Firm informs Clients that the first legal advice is always free.

For further services, consultancy and judicial or extrajudicial assistance, the Firm determines the legal fees by applying the minimum forensic parameters provided for by the D.M. n. 55/2014 as amended by the D.M. n.37/2018 (“Regulation setting the parameters for the payment of compensation for the legal profession“).

It is possible for Client to agree with the Firm an estimate of legal expences in derogation of the forensic parameters due to specific needs of the Customer, also taking into account the complexity of the consultancy, as foreseen by the art. 13 of Law n.247/2012 (“New discipline of the legal profession Act“).

According to the provisions about legal advice and assistance in civil proceedings that are subject to the expenses due in favor of the Treasury, set forth by D.P.R. n.115 dated 30.5.2002 as last amended by Legislative Decree n. 120 dated 2.10.2018 (“Consolidation Act of the legislative and regulatory provisions on justice expenses“), the Firm asks the Customer to pay in advance the not-taxable amount of the unified contribution and the revenue stamp required by law for the dispute, as well as any other costs for the notification of the procedural documents.

Payment in advance of the non-taxable expences is not required -and the estimated or agreed legal fees can be paid by the Client at the end of the professional services- in lawsuits concerning labor and social security law that are exempt from the application of the justice’s expenses set forth by the D.M. n.115/2002.
